We will start on 2 October with the first Chakra. The energy of the first chakra is destined to ground us and to give us the feeling of being part of the huge universe of life.

We experience a deep connectedness with the earth and all its creatures and feel that we are standing on safe ground. The first chakra awards us with unclouded vitality, satisfaction, stability and power.

When the first chakra is out of balance, we tend to mark out ourselves and our main focus is on our own needs. We worry too much about our possessions, our health, our money and our status. The demands of life seem to be too big and there is a lack of power of self-assertion and stability.

Life seems to be a burden and we feel as if we do not really belong to this earth. We often repeat behaviour from the past, which is generally destructive.

To give you the possibility to clean, to activate and to free this very important first chakra in an easy and fun way, so that you can feel secure and held, achieve your aims and release physical problems, I would like to invite you to
