When the second chakra is out of balance, we tend to feel insecure, and our potential to create gets lost. We are not able to find new solutions.

We want to control our needs and our feelings. Receiving and giving is not in harmony.

On a strictly physical level, energy imbalance in the second chakra can lead to impotence or low libido, fatigue, depression, insomnia, osteoporosis, and memory loss or problems with the bladder.
