S, a woman in her 40s, came to me because of problems in her right leg and foot.
She couldn’t stand for longer than 20 minutes and couldn’t walk more than 2 km. Sport was impossible because her hips hurt and she felt tremendous pressure in her back.
Her insomnia was severe and her shoulders hurt as well.
I asked her what the pain in her foot reminded her of.
She told me about her responsibility in her job and the need to be the best. In our first session we worked with EFT on a past issue in primary school where she couldn’t satisfy the teacher regardless of her attempts to be excellent in school.
When she came in the next time she reported that her leg had been better all week and that she was much more aware when the pain started to come back again: it was clearly linked to a lack of self-confidence and the need to be perfect. As her insomnia was really bothering her – sometimes she woke up at 1.00 a.m. and couldn’t get back to sleep until morning – I decided to reduce the energy in the Triple Warmer, Gallbladder, Liver, Kidney and Bladder Meridians. After this session there was no pain in her legs, hips and back. And even sport (Pilates) was possible again.
We continued our work on stress related issues, because
It shifted slightly to the left arm, to the stomach and the intestines.
In one session I cleared all of her chakras. As there are a lot of past memories stored in our chakras, it was no surprise to hear after the session that the chakra clearing had evoked three old painful memories.
One week later she came in with a big smile, told me that
and that the pain in her leg and foot had totally gone.
I couldn’t believe my ears: 12 km?! Oh boy, that is a lot of walking! It still amazes me how powerful chakra clearing can be.
As the sleeping disorder persisted we worked with EFT and tapped through the three painful memories she had recalled after the chakra clearing to release feelings of guilt and failure: the death of her father, an abortion and an operation.
The pain in her arms, stomach and intestines has vanished; sleeping is still not great but much better than before.
